Have you experienced an increase in clients seeking natural remedies for their health issues? Or are you currently working with a client who doesn’t seem to be improving, no matter what medicines or therapies she is receiving? Have you heard the terms “integrative” or “mind body” medicine and wondered what it was about?
To help answer these questions, I work with other professionals (or those hoping to become professionals) to learn more about what I do and how you can implement my protocols into your own practices and communities.

Mental Health Professionals
I provide consultation to mental health professionals looking to learn more about integrative medicine and add nutritional therapies, complementary/alternative methods, and somatic psychotherapies to the work they are doing with their clients. I am also available to provide a consult or second opinion about a specific client.
I have DVD’s, streaming videos and also conduct retreats and teach live classes internationally.
Defining your Vision, Goals and Tasks
I believe part of having a successful 40-year career myself is sharing what I have learned with those just starting out —or making a career change when necessary. That’s why I work with both students and professionals in specific fields to define your vision and goals for the short, middle, and long term and to identify strategies and specific tasks that will lead to your success.
In my experience, honoring and acting on your deep creative vision while you address practical needs leads to a path of personal and professional fulfillment. I have taught and counseled at the BA, MA, and doctoral levels in the departments of psychology, psychiatry, medicine, education, counseling, nutrition, acupuncture, public health, and health education. I have received federal and state grants and my career has spanned clinical care delivery, policy development, non-profit program development, fundraising, for-profit start-up and consulting, and research and publishing in all types of venues. I am an Approved Clinical Supervisor by the Center for Credentialing and Education. I coach and support you to overcome obstacles and to find purpose and meaning through your work.
Among my successful advisees are students, allopathic and naturopathic physicians, bodyworkers and massage therapists, lawyers, psychotherapists, computer programmers, consultants and those working in the fields of rural health, international development, community advocacy, environmental health, ethnobotany, holistic business, and public health.

Dr. Leslie Korn has been my teacher, mentor, associate, and colleague for over thirty years. It has been my gift to have been able to not only study with her, as a brilliant teacher in holistic health and energy medicine, but to also be able to engage with her on a professional and academic level. Her areas of expertise are diverse and she truly models a mastery and pure excellence in her work. Dr. Korn's work took me to a new level of understanding that continues to influence my work and my life to this day.

What does my process look like?
After taking and analyzing a comprehensive history during my first client session, I may recommend specialized, non-invasive lab tests, such as:
- Tissue Mineral Analysis (Hair analysis of mineral status, ratios, metabolic function, and heavy metal toxicity)
- Comprehensive blood and salivary testing for biological stress, hormones, inflammatory markers, and imbalances contributing to poor health
- Nutrient and fitness genetic testing to optimize genetic, nutritional, and fitness potential
- Food allergy and sensitivity tests
After receiving lab results, I then provide clients with a comprehensive written map for step-by-step changes, which may include food, nutritional, and herbal supplementation, detoxification, fitness, and bodywork methods to optimize mental and physical well-being.
I have witnessed my methods work for thousands of my own clients and students, and I am confident they can benefit you and your clients as well.
