Las grasas son medicina para el cerebro, as\u00ed que cuando comas grasas considera una selecci\u00f3n de aceites crudos y grasas saturadas. El aguacate es rico en grasas para el cerebro y la piel. En M\u00e9xico, tambi\u00e9n se le conoce como \u201cla mantequilla de los pobres\u201d. Uno de los primeros cambios que pido hacer a mis clientes es cambiar los tipos de grasas que utilizan. Sustituir grasas de baja calidad por grasas buenas para el cerebro es f\u00e1cil y uno de los tres cambios m\u00e1s ben\u00e9ficos que la gente puede hacer primero (los otros dos son reemplazar az\u00facar refinada por mejores fuentes dulces y eliminar los carbohidratos refinados).<\/p>\n<p>Prepara esta combinaci\u00f3n especial de aguacate, coco y chocolate, perfecta para una bebida refrescante en la tarde si tu energ\u00eda y \u00e1nimo comienzan a caer. Estos tres alimentos son absorbidos y utilizados f\u00e1cilmente por el cerebro, y la bebida es deliciosa.
