After practicing Polarity therapy for over 30 years and having experienced the benefits both personally and for my clients I decided it was time to do a rigorous study and learn how we might conduct research on a therapeutic CAM process that is normally personalized to the individual. Because our population included the diverse needs of Indigenous elders, we also had to ensure it was culturally savvy. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
