About Experience

I am a licensed mental health counselor in Washington, specializing in helping people heal from the effects of trauma. I am certified as a trauma specialist and in integrative medicine and nutrition for mental health. I like to use a holistic approach to mental health, which includes tuning into your body, discovering connections between what’s happening in your body and in your mind.
