In this directory, you will find health professionals who are Certified in Integrative Medicine and Nutrition by the Leslie Korn Institute for Integrative Medicine.

To be eligible for a listing and certification, practitioners must have graduated from at least one of our certification programs in Integrative Medicine and Nutrition:

• PTSD, Complex Trauma, and Traumatic Brain Injury
• Mental Health Disorders
• Diabetes Type 2, Cognitive Decline, and Alzheimer’s

Additional requirements include a license to practice in their state(s). Under certain circumstances, we will consider providing certification to course graduates who are in the process of obtaining their license or who have alternative credentials.

While we offer this service of providing names of licensed clinicians who have achieved certification as a result of taking the course quiz and fulfilling additional criteria, we cannot speak to the ability or quality of service of any individual.

This database is self-administered, meaning that once we agree a participant has completed a certification, they may submit their names.

We do not continue to track practitioner’s licenses, if they have been subject to a malpractice complaint, or whether they provide a high standard of care. We are not responsible for any inaccurate, out-of-date, or missing information within individual practitioner profiles. We reserve the right to remove a practitioner from the database for any reason. This directory may not be used for commercial purposes such as sending emails, or other marketing purposes.

You, as the consumer are required to assert due diligence by exploring, interviewing, and otherwise deciding wholly on your own if a practitioner is a good fit for you.
