ABOUT EXPERIENCE

I am the Founder of Heartful Healing and a Registered Psychotherapist virtually servicing Ontario, Canada. My primary training is in Spiritual Psychotherapy. However, I am deeply committed to mastery and so I have continued to learn new therapies, approaches, and techniques to support individuals on their healing journeys. I offer an integrative approach to psychotherapy, incorporating EMDR, IMMH, NLP, TIME, IFS, SE, DBT, EFT, Hypno, Reiki, Spiritual Psychotherapy, HeartMath, and Coaching. I specialize in helping helpers with PTSD, Complex Trauma, Compassion Fatigue, Stress, Anxiety, and ultimately, Post-Traumatic Growth.

WHAT PATIENTS CAN EXPECT

My clinical experience and training enables me to meet each person where they are and create a customized treatment approach unique to their individual needs, preferences, and therapy goals. My intention when working with clients is to create a safe space for healing and to empower each person with tools to awaken the healer within. Clients can expect to be heard, respected, and guided through therapy with compassion and skill. Accompanying my clients on their healing journeys is a deep and sacred honor that I hold very dear.
