Certification Renewal
After your first year as a certified integrative medicine professional, you can renew your certification for three years. Each 3-year renewal requires the completion of 12 hours of continuing education in a field related to integrative medicine and nutrition; ethics and/or culture are also eligible. Please note your courses do not require CE credits, whether you recertify through our Institute or via Evergreen.

Renew Your Certification in 4 Easy Steps
If you meet the requirements for recertification, please follow the steps below to submit your application.

Complete and submit the recertification form provided below
Step 2:
Click on the checkout link for the Integrative Medicine Certification Program you initially completed.
After completing your payment, you’ll receive a link to access our platform, where you’ll find detailed instructions and the required 1 question quiz which asks you to confirm you completed your 12 hours of study.
The 3-year certification renewal fee is $99.99.
