My Process and Fees for One-on-One Coaching and Supervision
Here is where we start:
1. Application
Fill out the Application form and tell me a little about your practice and interest in receiving coaching, case consultation, and supervision support. In short, how can I help you with the clients (children, adolescents, adults, or couples) you are treating. My supervision style is compassionate and eclectic and my goal is to nourish you and support your successful outcomes with your clientele.
2. Schedule Your First Appointment
I will contact you to schedule your first appointment. My schedule runs about 6-8 weeks in advance, though I can place you on a cancellation waitlist you have a sense of urgency. Please add dkorn@protonmail.com along with drkorn@protonmail.com to your address book. Note the small difference.
3. Payment
Following confirmation of your initial 75-minute Zoom appointment, you will receive a link and request for payment. You should make this payment within 48 hours to hold your appointment time.

Your first appointment (75 minutes via Zoom)
I’ll provide you with my confidential, written notes and recommendations we discussed
Additional follow-up appointments are billed at $245/hr.
What Happens Next?
Upon receipt of payment, you will receive:
a. A confirmation
b. A link to download paperwork
c. An encrypted email address to safeguard your information
Paperwork
Please return your initial paperwork and any previous labs, at least 3 days before your appointment.
Our First Appointment
During our first appointment, I will get to know you, ask additional questions based on your intake form, and share some initial ideas and approaches. We might spend the time discussing one particular case, or several.
Regular Supervision
Following our first appointment we will explore your goals and needs for supervision. In my experience supervision is most effective in a regular frequency of at least once a month.
We will explore updates on previous cases and incorporate new ones. My goal is your success.
Second and follow-up appointments are billed at $245/hr.
Option—Single Case Consultation
Many practitioners who join my monthly group supervision want time just for themselves. That’s great! I welcome that If you are seeking only a single consultation. You may make this specific request in your initial email. The fee for a single case consultation is $345.00 for 75 minutes.
